RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At Rangry BBQ Co., we stand behind the quality of our products. If something isn’t right, we want to fix it.

Because our products are consumable food items, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, we will absolutely assist with damaged, faulty, or incorrect orders.


1. Change of Mind

Due to food safety regulations, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once an order has been shipped.

Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.


2. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer either:

• A replacement product
• A store credit
• A refund (if replacement is not possible)


3. Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.


4. Lost Parcels

If your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number.

If the carrier confirms the parcel is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.


5. Allergies & Ingredient Responsibility

All ingredient lists and allergen information are clearly provided on our packaging and website.

It is the customer’s responsibility to review ingredients prior to purchase. We are not responsible for reactions resulting from failure to check allergen information.


6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
