We’re a small Aussie business and we hustle hard to get your goods out fast
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
During launches, promos or new drops, please allow a little extra time — things can get a bit wild around here.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been packed and another one with tracking details once it’s on the way.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We ship Australia-wide.
Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days (depending on your location)
Express Shipping: 1–4 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays.
We currently ship within Australia only (for now).
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves us, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
From there, your parcel is in the hands of the postal legends.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged (rare… but life happens), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll sort it out.
If your parcel is lost in transit, contact the carrier first with your tracking number — then reach out to us if you need backup.
